We invest in tools that make our LOs faster: modern CRM with automation, e-sign, secure document portals, and an AI scenario-matching system (AnAI) we're building in-house. You spend less time on admin and more time with clients.
We're growing intentionally. Strong LOs at AN Lending move into senior roles, mentor newer hires, and have a path to equity participation. We'd rather grow people than constantly hire strangers.
We serve the Vietnamese-American community deeply (multilingual, multi-generational, self-employed business owners). Bilingual LOs (Vietnamese, Spanish) have a real book waiting.
